Destination Wedding Ceremonies
We offer wedding ceremonies Monday-Friday between 10:00am and
5:00pm. For weekend ceremonies during the same time period, add
$25.00. Ceremonies and photography are usually completed in about
one half hour...longer if you have additional guests. Our usual
ceremony contains a greeting, wedding address, vows, and the
exchange of rings. We have traditional vows, or you may feel free to
write your own. With personalized vows, you can choose to read your
vows to each other or to have the Officiant read them for you to
repeat. We can suggest cabins and ceremony locations based on what
you tell us is important to you, or you can even pick your perfect
spot once you arrive. The only thing to keep in mind is that shady
areas tend to work better for photographs.
Additional Wedding Guests
Additional
Guests for ceremonies may be added at the price of $10 per guest,
and you may invite as many as 12 friends and relatives for your
ceremony at our Log Gazebo or 25 at either our Bishop’s Ridge Arbor
& Pavilion (restrictions apply) or Hocking Hills State Park..
If your guests choose to stay with us, there is no charge
for them at the wedding. Your friends and family are more than
welcome to take pictures during and following the ceremony. Parking
at most of our cabins and locations is limited, so please ask your
guests to ride together. We do not have facilities for your guests
to change clothes at any of our locations, so please ask them to
arrive dressed for the ceremony. We do have certain cabins and
locations that are more suited to additional guests, so please ask
us for suggestions. Likewise if your guests are staying in
cabins…some cabins are secluded and on their own acreage while some
are clustered and, while still private, within easy walking distance
of each other. We are more than happy to help you choose the cabin
or cabins that will work best for you! Find links to

Extended Stay Discounts
Stay for five nights or six nights and take advantage of our Extended Stay Discount for 5% off your cabin stay. Stay for seven or more nights and get 5% off both your cabin stay AND your wedding package. Active Military, take 10% off both your stay and wedding package.
Payments and Cancellations
Payment is required in full at the time you make the reservation for your WeddingMoon cabin stay. We charge a $150.00 non-refundable planning fee when you make your wedding reservation. This fee is applied toward your wedding package, but it will not be refunded if you need to cancel the wedding for any reason. You may wait to pay for the rest of your Wedding Package at a later date in order to spread out your payments, or until any additional guests that are confirmed. All final arrangements and remaining balance are due one week prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel more than two weeks prior to your stay, there will be a 90% refund. Within two weeks up to three days prior to your reservation, that drops down to a 50% refund. If you need to cancel FOR ANY REASON within the last 72 hours prior to your arrival, there will be no refund.
